Customized Kit Till Start “Power Connect”

The Till Start Power Connect is a connected home trainer, compact and easily transportable. It is composed of two elements:

1 Front block equipped with a jaw that has the role of holding the bike by the front wheel.
1 rear block composed of two rollers that support the rear wheel: one free and one equipped with a hydraulic braking system and incorporating a self-powered Bluetooth module.
The concept of the Till Start home-trainer is adapted to any type of bike, from 20 to 29′.
The front wheel is held in place by 4 rubber pads that are applied to the side of the rim through a composite material jaw (new design 30% more rigid).

A click buckle that can be unlocked with one hand allows tightening.

A fixing point for anti-theft is equipped on the front part. (sold separately)

The Bluetooth connection:
This connected home trainer is equipped with a micro generator that allows it to produce its own electrical energy. It does not require any connection. You just have to turn it to make it work. The Till Start Connect can therefore be used indoors and outdoors without constraint.

Thanks to its Bluetooth connection, the Till Start Connect is visible to all other devices such as a speed sensor or a power sensor. Till Start Connect integrates the speed/power characteristics of the “Power” roller. The transmitted power is therefore calculated taking into account the characteristics of the braking system. The power measurement can be calibrated via the “Till Start Connect” application.

You can also connect to all training and race simulation applications.

The Till Start crystal lights up and shows you the connection status.

The way the power is transmitted between the bike and the Till Start is done by the adhesion of the tire on the roller, this can generate some uncertainty in the measurement. The conditions and the bikes used can have an impact on the quality of the power measurement.

Brake system:
The rear block has a hydraulic braking system that varies in resistance depending on the speed of rotation. You can therefore choose the power zone in which you want to work through your gear and the Till Start Power adapts instantly.

The braking device is completely autonomous, no control cables or electrical connections are needed to operate the system.
